What if the product I want is out of stock?

If the product you want is out of stock, it may be on order or sold out for the remainder of the calendar year. If there is an item you are interested in but it is showing OUT OF STOCK, please reach out for an update.

What type of payment options are available?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and payment installment options (vary depending on region). Audubon e-gift cards can be entered under the “Gift card or discount code” section. Delayed-payment platforms are not accepted.

How do I use my e-gift card?

You must sign up for an account to use your Audubon e-gift card. Redeeming your gift card uploads the funds to your account for use on store items. Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash.

How do I know my order has been processed?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. When it ships, you will receive a second email with tracking information.

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed before 2 PM (EST) ship within 24–48 hours. Orders placed after this time add one additional business day. Please refer to your tracking email for delivery estimates.

What if I need my order by a specific date?

Ground shipping is the only method offered. Please refer to the transit map above. While we make every effort to meet delivery dates, some delays may be outside our control.

How will I know my order has been received, shipped, or delivered?

You can track your order in your account by clicking your name in the top-right corner. Please enter your own email at checkout to ensure you receive all updates.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us within one hour of placing your order. We’ll try to stop it before shipment. If it has shipped, refer to our return policy. Email programs@scorepromotions.com.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

We will work with our courier to recover the package. If deemed lost, we will replace the order (if available) or issue a refund.

What is your return policy?

Items must be unused and returned in original packaging. Pre-paid return labels are provided. Exchanges include a return label in the replacement package.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact programs@scorepromotions.com. Photos of the damage may be requested.

Will I be provided tracking information?

Yes. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
